New Release - ForceSlinger (Demo) - a Physics-Based 2D Platformer/Shooter
ForceSlinger » Devlog
Sling yourself across the map and jump higher than double jumps in ForceSlinger! It is a 2D platformer/shooter that is centered around physics and is currently a demo that features roughly 4 areas to complete.
Version 0.11 currently includes:
- momentum/acceleration based movement
- collect powerups
- special areas with more challenge
- bosses to defeat (some are based on physics experiments)
- a point system that ranks your performance (like a retro game)
- progress saving (up to three saves)
- taking screenshots
- a minimap that is accessible through the pause menu
Here's some pictures from the paused game screen.

Have fun and may Newton's laws help you :)
